Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Upgrade Assessment

LSG Solutions, your Oracle Gold Partner in Oklahoma and surrounding states, provides a three (3) week assessment offering to prepare your company for the resources needed to upgrade your Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) applications to Release 12. LSG is completely qualified to provide this service to your organization, based on our depth of experience and consultant expertise in Oracle Applications and Technology. LSG has been providing services in and around the Oracle E-Business Suite space since 2005, yet most of our consultants go back to Release 10.7SC.

The EBS R12 Upgrade Assessment covers details of findings and activities upon the completion of the assessment. LSG experts work on site, at your location, for two consecutive calendar weeks executing the assessment. The third week is spent preparing and customizing deliverables for your company. These deliverables include:

  • A customized R12 upgrade project plan foundation
  • An R12 upgrade playbook foundation
  • A system architecture diagram including integration points (present and future state)
  • A proposal for the hardware/technical portion of the upgrade
  • A proposal and timeline for the EBS R12 upgrade project
  • Target staffing requirements and staffing recommendations from LSG
