Cindy Haley joins LSG Solutions performing in a Business Development role
Cindy Haley joins LSG Solutions in the capacity of Business Development where she will also be tasked with account management and sales. She will be engaged with numerous State of Oklahoma agencies, working with them to provide professional consulting services and bringing market awareness to the LSG brand. Cindy brings over eighteen years of experience in the IT industry. After graduating from Texas A&M University, she began her career as an IT developer and business analyst in the oil and gas industry. As an early employee of Oracle Corporation, Cindy worked in various capacities in the Dallas office for over fourteen years. First, she helped customers implement Oracle technology as a software consultant, and then transitioned into technical sales. In her sales roles, Cindy was recognized with numerous awards. These included being a member of Oracle’s President’s Council, the Sales Consultant Advisory Board and a leader in the Sales Consultant Mentor Program. She was awarded “Sales Consultant of the Year” for two years and obtained sales quota club multiple times. Cindy's focus is not only helping her customers understand the technology and resources required for the solution, but understanding the customer's business drivers for a successful and continuing partnership.
