HOSTING ARRANGEMENT

Currently LSG acts a the middleman for two clients that have chosen LSG for economical and performance reasons. The third client, FreeFromIT, utilizes the LSG and Perimeter Technology data center partnership.

LSG provides an enterprise-class support Service Level Agreement under the modus-operandi as a software product firm. Outside a structured help desk approach, LSG provides issue tracking automation via the Atlassian Jira product.
